if you have vista or 7 open as admin
when your in login screen
press insert
its easy

It's most likely the fault of your PC. If you're using chams and other things that makes more stuff appear on your screen, then you will be logically getting framerate drop.

i started perx as admin
asnd pressed insert on the log in screen but nothing happend
before i had an themidia error

at the moment i use haxos hack

but i like your hack more
