I do believe you are talking about the RAPE mod? I dunno if it was released for aIWnet or not, but search for it.

Well I've definitely been raped by that hack on alteriw lol. The guy using basically stood in one spot and shot rhough everything.... 125 kill streak...

Well I tried the trainer and it doesn't work. It also messes up the game window.

then u didnt do it rigth. 1st open hack then aiw. and then u click "ok" on the message

I did click okay but once I press play the screen becomes a bit jumbled. Some have already said that that hack is outdated so maybe that's why.
