Wow. I cant get to the credit card. But if you change the Step 2 or 3 you put in credit card. Instructions:
1. Pick 4 books.
2. Press Enroll /etc.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Press submit
5. Press back and then in the address bar change the Step2 to the 3. https://www.qpb.com/pages/nm/enrollm...equestid=14923ⓘ
Change the 2 to a 3.
6. Put in the credit card info etc.
7. It fails :P Says the address does not match the card adress. :P

Edit: Dont. Click on that LINK. It was just an example. After the /nm/enrollstep2 change to 3.
