ill let u in a lil secret ... u all that are skipping the credit card part are using a 128 bit encryption connection to a HTTPS website that is VeriSign secured my suggestion is simple ... try to get VeriSign Certificate first .... without using any hide ip software ... than come back .. and do the offer 
or in some cases u may try to malform the website basically what im saying that when ure getting to the adress part and stuffs just replace Step2 with Step3 and ull get straight to the Credit Card part but again if ure not VeriSign approved u will fail as u will notice if ure using Google Chrome and " X " in the upper left side and an " https " that is crossed good luck to all

so no ZP for meu have 2 options bro u might b the owner of fraudulent VeriSign certificates wich u need to get ridd of ... u can do that by going in Chrome Options ... Under The Hood ... Security ... Certificates .... then go to last tab ... .i cant remember its name atm .. but u cant miss it since its the last TAB .... i recon its undtrusted certificates or smth like that .. if u got any i suggesst u get ridd of them
than think about TLS renegotiation or just google it i wont help u with that as it will get u into troubble cause its illegal and im a WhiteHat
