please help

hi all of a sudden when i tried to open up any injector a window comes up sayin, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." and when i tried to open the CN injector it gave a window sayin, "C:\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v.2.0.50727\mscowr ks.d ll could not be loaded" can anyone please help idk wat to do
