[SOLVED]I DONT GET IT

I ALWAYS have 150+ ping. I live in Sothern California, i have good computer and internet. My ping is 30 but when i open cf my ping is like 200. I dont know why i lag ive TRIED EVERYTHING

Go to a server closer to you countrie your ping will lower.

re-install crossfire
or try CCleaner

Go to another server near of were you live, or clean up and check for error on your computer and internet.

Try disabling any applications that need internet connectivity (messenger, xfire, updaters, torrents...). Maybe give smartclose a shot, it closes everything you don't need. If that doesn't help, well, you're kinda screwed :/

If u are downlaoding somehting, stop the downloads!
And maybe a trojan is connencting to something, Scan for virusses!

Well what do you expect? You don't really have a good connection and ofc once you open a game that constantly uses the internet you will have a higher ping / lower speeds.
