About those 7th slots

I saw people having problem with this slot. 3-4 years ago when there was medic kit 2 (gives 50% health) in item shop (bought as RETAIL) It went to 7th slot. After they took med kit 2 out from item shop 7th slot got locked so new weapons can't be putted into it. When K2 was selling retails (like 20 USD each) Those guns were in 7th slot. Nowadays you can't put anything into it. I heard that in chapter 3 there will come medic kit 3 (70% health) and I believe it goes to 7th slot.
