Incorrect. If you want to be pedantic, call it Source engine 2009, but that is what Portal, TF2, CS:S, DoD:S run on.

OB engine. Alternatively, only give binaries to authorized users and tailor that binary to be used on that particular system. E.G. Generate a different binary for each end-user.

That way, it will be less meaningful for a person to simply release the binary and have the 'leak protection' cracked by someone with half a brain.
