Remake InToxicated?

Due to Z8Game's lack of response and helpfulness, we may be remaking the clan.

Benfits of remaking the clan:

All the inactive members will be left out.
New name.
Fair play for some clan contest I'm pondering up.
Ability to promote other members to Clan Lts
Other benefits my lie somewhere.

So what I need to know from you is:

Would you, or would you not like to restart the clan. (Please don't vote if you are not a member of InToxicated.)
What name would you want for the new clan?

Alternative Ideas:

Use current Clan Funds to change the name of the Clan, and remake the new clan with the same name.
