CA Lt Client

I'm working on a CA Hack, and from the tut i'm reading it shows a Lt Client(Tut was made a few months ago), but It says as of now this is the one blah blah blah. Does that mean a new Lt Client forms every now and then? If so whats the current one? Thank you
