I WANTED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE A HACK BUT TO DO THAT I NEED TO BE ABLE TO OPEN A DLL FILE TO SEE SOME EXAMPLES.

Print it out, and forcefully insert it into your CD Drive.
Step 1:Cut a hole in the box.
Step 2:Put ya dick in the box.
Step 3:Now you have an opened DLL(Dick in a box)
Go try it.
If you dont know how to open a dll then just dont even try to code.

Well, to answer you seriously, You can't open most .DLL files in code format, As they are protected in various manners to prevent stealing.

Get a decompiler and shit bricks.
You can open it with notepad++ or compiler, or visual c++.

i kinda fucked up all the dll on my computer and took 30 min to figure out how to fix it because i tried to open a dll when i turned the format into a notepad it was all crap and when i tried to turn it back i couldnt so dont bad idea trust me IM A DOCKWORKER
