MSMQ Problem.?

Hye MPGHH i have a problem again...Sorry i ask to many question im still 12 years Old...My FPS problem have been Fixed but my Ping ot a problem....Last Night i do the Tutorial How to Lower u Ping.I follow it until the MSMQ folder...My Ping very bad and i accidently Delete the whole Folder on Regedit...Can anyone tell me how to restore all TCP/Ip and MSMQ Folder like Windows Default..I already try System Restore but Still have the Problem..[Im using Vista32bit]/
