I swear to god, I'm hearing shit, I think I'm getting illusionary or something, I keep hearing clapping and conversations in my head, but when I try and focus on them, they go away. Who has had this happened to them before?

this type of stuff happens to me alot
i imagine sometimes my pc talks to me about the conspiracies working in the world people in my head i start old conversations with that i felt i forgot to say something that i didn't say back then, i don't hear clapping in my head but i do allot of random ass sounds such as my squeaky thing and wings flapping in my ears and bleach flute theme music if none of those i will always hear my pc's fan moving real fast and shaking of table noise even when i am at school or just sitting there it just comes to head, it just happens to me. i don't know my doctor said it may be cuz' i am anti social or something
