as first question i wanna ask
how does my progam looks

?
i think it rocks ^-^
but i got some Questions about how to Minimize and maximize my progam
how do i do that? only Me.close works atm
and if you have any suggestions or tips tell me !

photoshop and default windows media player because dont know how to add a skin or anything

Well, to minimize, add this code to your minimize button.
Me.WindowState = FormWindowState.Minimized
Modify it accordingly to the maximize button.
If you don't know how to do that...
I'll just do it for you:
Me.WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized
