annoying rootkit

im pissed cause every so often i keep hearing like a 1/4 of one of those gay ass talking ads even when i have nothing running and ive run CCleaner and Malwarebytes like 4 times and i cant get rid of it.

the strangest part is the only things ive downloaded were off MPGH >.>
