This is why you don't make signatures everyday, you'd think you'd get better, but its opposite

This is going to be completely honest from me. I, myself, am not the best graphic designer there is. But this is some obvious truth. If you make designs and what-not every single day, or in your case, every few hours, you're not going to improve. Take time to think about what you're going to make, how you want it to appear, and then taking the patience and determination to actually make it happen. Also, try new things. Don't use the same brushes over and over. Read a few tutorials. Try some new effects in Photoshop that you've never even opened. Not only will that help you improve, but it has the possibility to make your designs even more eye appealing instead of rushing to put something that you gave virtually no time to think of.
