Why should I,a customer, do that??The seller is responsible to support the VIP DFH forum and answer my private messages.If Dave is busy, he should call someone else to do it!

It is like paying in advance for a hotel,going to the hotel and the staff tells you you cannot check-in because the hotel owner is not here.INSANE!!

I believe anyone in my feet would feel the same...
