yeha mate i got win inject and the game right now it on, so when i open the injector, and get the dll and everythng that i press on inject, its says with the crap voice

You have to download it and open it with WinRAR. If you don't have WinRAR search it on Google.
If you have opened it you select the steam_api.dll in that folder and you have to click 'Extract to'. Then find your aIW folder and click on ok. If it asks if you want to replace the file click on Yes.
Now you have installed the bypass, and you are able to use this hack.
The bypass is not mentioned in the video.

xDEdit -- Disable the updates by drag the file "iw4mp.cfg" to notepad and then change the code to:

1.Install the bypass
2.Use WinInject
3.Inject to iw4mp.dat
if it pops up a message box after injected, then you did it! else try an other injector.....
Edit -- Doesn't matter for that message: "Something is wrong." (:
