Chances that he kept the code are minimal, better try transaction details if u ever paid with a credit card, but those tickets usually dont help ... they say that its your proble in the end (i had several such cases)

Now do you have your account or not? If you do ask k2 to log it off the servers, it takes a while but they do it. And submit a ticket to recover your account if u dont have the account.
