Just to be nice I'll actually reply. First you have to download an injector, you'll find these in the injector and what-not section. Second you need to get a hack, for this you'll need Winrar, its free, just search it on google. Then you need to get the actual hack, you'll find these in the, guess where.... THE HACK SECTION!!!! Next, open your injector and select the hack. Make sure you select auto-close depending on the injector, and start Combat Arms.

Hold ALt and press F4 and select the hack you want etc.
