A good programmer can never perform good on paper. Also as long as your logic is fine, a good tutor ignores such mistakes.

VB has the best text editor having best intelli-sense engine, which results in writing programs faster than any other language.

Also, in VB's editor you don't have to worry about end-ifs or any stuff like that !!

Because VB gonna rape the world with it's awesomeness in the coming future. /yea

I think there must be a speed challenge between all the languages on the forum. Then you will realize what VB really is !!
Not calling myself good or anything... But I do well on paper...

Also, it's a code editor, and C# employs the same Intellisense engine that Visual Basic does (in Visual Studio)

Well, what can I say. You either haven't opened VB.NET yet or can't figure out the difference !!

._.

I have programmed in both Visual Basic and C#, fluent in both languages, and others.

I know what I'm talking about there :P
There's an obvious difference between the intellisense in VB and in C++, it's clear as day. Does C++ prompt you whenever you type anything in? autocomplete your own variables you've created? (i.e I make a variable called OMGBBQ, if i type OM it will autoselect OMGBBQ in the intellisense list.) As well as prompting you whenever you start typing anything?

EDIT: I thought you said C++ not C#

Nigga, you drunk again !! ?
Well, basic intelli sense features are present in both C# and C++.

I said C# (note, see-sharp), not C++ (see-plus-plus).

Like I said before Intellisense in C# and Visual Basic are practically identical. It's C++ that has a massive difference.

There's a huge difference in C#'s intellisense and VB's intellisense. Go find it !!

Just a lil bit of food for thought.
That article basically says that Intellisense (aka. code autocompletion) doesn't autocomplete when you go on a new line...

Kinda the opposite of what people are trying to say above this post. Plus... it's not that much of a difference - after you use it for a while you'll find yourself habitually hitting the enter key without any thought.

Sorry, just curious.
@Arun, are you taking the course in Uni/Colledge or HighSchool?
Please don't let this be a big fight like it was in the last thread before it got lost.

C++ > (C# / VB)

VB produces more homosexuals then the amount of Africans that die from aids on a yearly basis...
