Mod idea

i got an idea for a mod but i dont have the skills to do this so i turn to you pro modding ppl

the idea

My idea is like a tdm game with driveble Humve's with the mini guns on top for as i said a team deathmach so u can have like 3 humvie's per team and would be like a car war allmost, like so u can call in a humve like u call it in as u would say a cear package or somethin like that but only 3 to a team if a free for all then it should be ok i gess 1 each because only 6 players
also when each humve dies can it be like a bomb or something?

i know im asking for alot here but your the people i would ask to trust (:
