a head shot with a yellow smoke nade , happened to me twice today just had time to capture one of em , i just quick switched really quick that i shot a silent shot (i do it all the time) but the kill announcement said i headshot the dude with the smoke nade ... WTF??!

hmmm never happened to me but any ways 
did that with pumpkin nade, but as for flasher idk i fall and i get hs death i think it just does it
