[QUESTION] modding the vests

ok is it possible to mod fromd efault vest(no vest) to light or recond vest? if so, will the speed, damage taken change?

The model will change but nothing else. Sorry

oh darn.... cuz i remember seeing a thread long ago this guy changed everything into the fast gears and i think accually claimed to get like 20% or more speed or something. so it poped in my head all the suddently and i wanted to ask.
