Resignation
This is [MPGH]NextGen1 Btw
This is my formal notification that I am resigning as MOD from MPGH.
In my career and life I have been very busy as of late, and personally have noticed a dramatic change in activity, in all rights and fairness to MPGH & it's Staff, Members, and sections I MOD/MIN for, I feel this is the best course of action.
If (or when) a New Mod is chosen, I ask (as a favor) keep the section clean, edit titles to use tags, and try and rebuild the sections. (I will still be around here and there).
Suggestions (If I May)
I think that all Programming / Hacking should be kept to the programming section, Including Game Based Hacks, I think it will help in creating a uniform discussion area, and also rebuild a section that is lacking a strong member base.
The Programming section has great developers, some with great ideas, I suggest MPGH really takes advantage of that, With Team Foundation Server and a Good team of Developers, MPGH can pump out some of the best applications to hit the market. With that said, I suggest a C++ Development Team (user tags and title) for specific applications. A VB Development Team (user tags and title, C# developers welcome, if not on their own) for Specific Applications (anything from FTP Applications, to desktop enhancements, etc.) a Web Development team, a team of good developers can lead to MPGH enhancement , adds ons, etc. And Finally, a GUI Development Team, A team of GFX designers for developing Custom UI.
I personally feel (as a investor of sites) that MPGH has HUGE!!!! potential to be even "greater" then it already is. Take advantage of those who want to help, assign a PM (program Moderator- another new user group) to "Monitor" The tasks of the Programming team,. and keep an eye on source code as it is being developed.

Keep up the good work, continue to help as many people as possible, watch the flames, it's all your job to breed great developers, and the only way to do that is to help, (without just handing over code, take your time to teach them, if you feel you have the time. )
