ok theirs this progam at school called cross tec IVE TRYED EVERY THING c++ packet editeing frezing the progam i figgured out a cupple of things thou it only block the main exe name so if you rename it it works... also it uses client32.exe wich is a progam that sends the packets also their are other restriction on the computer it is running windows pro ive got past the progam blocking. printing block. and make it so my teacher cant watch me but he still can restrict the internet and explore.exe i know my spelling sux but still w/e
