I don't think that's possible.. someone correct me if I'm wrong.
You can't activate two mods at the same time, but you can combine the codes of two mods into one, if you have a little bit of gsc code knowledge.

You have two options:
1. learn gsc modding. It's not that hard.
2. Ask someone to combine your mods for you
