[RS.com] COD4 Single Player HACK

I was brought here through various pages...
But when I press any of the upper keys (F1, F2, and so on), I get an error saying "iw3sp.exe not found in memory."

lol why use hack on singleplayer when u have console???
btw to get sv_cheats 1 go in console and type"seta thereisacow 1337" then "spdevmap" now u just continu storie or newgame.

noclip=noclipping
notarget=enemy cant see u
sf_use_ignoreammo 1=infinite ammo
well this is the basic.
and btw(again) if u use godmode use notarget too if not a dog will bite ya and game will bug alot.... xD

I cannot see the link. I realize that this post is old, but the hack should still work as the Single Player never updates. Could some one post a new one?
