is there a script or a way wear once you run out of ur ammo in a CLIP you automatically switch to your secondary ?

Do it yourself, Ammo in Main Clip for RefDef is an easy thing to get.

The rest is also as simple, Simulating keypresses / Pushing whatever change weapon funtion to Engine.
