Okay first of if you have not come from my downloads section post, then please do

Alright lets get right into it.
Step 1: When you have downloaded the attachment's, grab your USB a plug it into your PS3. (or you can plug it in later on, it really doesn't matter)
Step 2: Start it up and go to splitscreen and make, not one, but two "New Users"
Step 3: Name them whatever you want but make sure you can remember which one they are, therefore i recommended you call them "Prestige" and "Error"
Step 4: After creating them go to the PS3 Main Menu (hold down the PS button and go to quit game)
Step 5: go to "Game" and "Save Data Utility (PS3)", this should contain 3 files
Step 6: Copy your "Prestige" and "Error" file across to your USB.
Step 7: Unplug the USB FlashDrive and insert it into your computer
Step 8:(Long step) Then go to the "PS3 Prestiges" folder which you should have downloaded and pick which prestige you want to be, for example 6, i would go into the "6th" Sub folder, then move the "MPDATA" file across to your "Prestige" user file on your USB and replace it, then go to the "PS3 Prestige" file again and go to the "Error" sub folder and move the "MPDATA" file to the "Error" user.
Step 9: Phew, then after that remove the USB from your computer and plug it into your PS3, and go to "Save Game Utility (PS3)" and go to your USB FlashDrive and copy and overwrite them.
Step 10: Then startup Modern Warfare 2, then go to splitscreen again and open up the "Prestige" user, he should be the prestige before the one you wanted level 70, if not you have done something wrong.
Step 11: Then go into a game by simply clicking "Start Game", shoot around for 10 secs, end the game until it gets to the lobby, then hold the PS Button and click quit game to get to the PS3 Main Menu.
Step 12: (Another Long Step) After that get "Patch Blocker" ready, go to "Setting > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings" Then click custom, and just skip the first few steps until it comes to the word Proxy, then stop, click enable and open the "Patch Blocker" on your PC and make sure the ip on your Patch Blocker is the same as the one on your PS3, make sure it is and then go right to the end, save settings, then click start on your patch blocker, then you have either test it, or just click circle and don't bother.
Step 13: (Oh ma gawd another long one?) Then go to "Game > Game Data Utility" Right at the top and go to the 1.11 MW2 Patch, to do so go to the first mw2 file and click triangle and information, when u find the latest patch, delete it and startup MW2.
Step 14: It shouldn't ask you to download the patch, go to splitscreen and open up the "Error" user and you should get an error, click ok, then click play online, if it signs u out due to an error or something just sign right back in, then back out from there and go to splitscreen, it should automatically have opened the error file, go into it and prestige, you should get another error.
Step 15: Click ok, go into splitscreen click square to open a different file, Open the "Prestige" user, then back out, and play online.
Step 16: YEAH! you should be the prestige before the one your wanted but level 70, now simply prestige to the next prestige.
Step 17: Now hold the PS Button and go to "Setting > Network Setting > Internet Connection Settings" and click custom again, now skip skip skip and skip until you get to the proxy server bit, click disable and skip right to the end and click save settings.
Step 18: Open up MW2 and it will prompt you to download the patch, download it, click play online, and you should be the prestige you wanted.

This is 100% Legitimately written by myself , the "PS3 Prestiges" folder was created by myself using the Leaderboard tool, thank you "theunkn0wn" for the patch blocker.
