find one on the internet then copy the link...

upload it in imageshuk.usⓘ then copy the direct link and pst it between [IMG] here the link [MG]

If you upload an animated image straight from your Computer, it will freeze in a specific frame, You must upload to an image hosting site that is compatible with .Gifs, Such as;

ImageShack® - Online Media Hostingⓘ

After you do so, Get the [img]URL HERE[/img] code and paste it into your signature. Task complete !
