Well for combat arms there isn't a need for a "Very" powerful computer, just a good internet connection, You won't really need too spend a lot of money on a laptop that can run both fine, though I can't give you and specific recommendations.

Give yourself a 500$ budget and first find something with at least 2GB of RAM, 2.2 GHz dual core for CPU speed, and a decently fast hard drive, eg 800 RPM ish? Also, STAY AWAY FROM ALIENWARE. THAT SHIT MELTS.
