dosent seem to be working for me on windows 7 core i7 processor 8gb of ram 64 bit it wont bring up the menu although im guessing insert brings it up because u did not specify

Anyone else getting extreme lag from using this? Also the no reload, no recoil doesn't work for me. Once I activate it, it goes from "On" to "Off" instantly.
