Need a CA Acc

Hey Guys does any1 have a CA account that wont be using anymore or a spare 1 ?? No idea why i cant create a CA Acc here =( So Pls kindly PM me ur UserName & PassWord , Thanks in advance.
*It would be better if the rank is CSM+ , hahas =D it will save my time to get those exp up , lol but i still accept any rank ^^

The reason why you can't make a CA account is because if you DO live in Nippon, then you can't as Japan is unable to connect such servers. You HAVE to use a proxy and I am sure someone can give you one.
