Edit: Try to reinstall first, You have to reinstall because you are missing dll's somehow, by reinstalling CF will solve that problem. If that still doesn't work, come back again and I'll try to help you out

no just use system restore and restore your system when the cf last worked,,, any illegal hack or program just removed you important dll...
lol i have already tried this out :P didn't work..and a screen shot? it is just a pop-up showing that message
Or try to DL the DLL off the internet and put it in your CF folder
