cod 5 crash

everytime i play cod 5 ar random times it crashes

and dont say upgrade your g card, i have GeForce 9500GT its got 512mb vid ram its over the recommended specs for cod 5. this happens on single player and multiplayer. it started happening when i got windows 7. but i dont see how thats gunna effect it. and when that crash happens i minimize cod 5 for like 1min then reopen it sometimes it works sometimes not

You may try to update your graphic cards DRIVER. That fixxed it for me. Also had some weirdo bugs at some time...
