COULD SOMEONE HELP ME

i want to make a speed hack in c++ i have the addy ADR_SPEED 0x00984924

first we include windows

Now we make a 'HackThread' , i like to call it "Functions"

Make a thread (did not make OutGame,Ingame becuase this is a example)

I'm trying to make a simple hack for visual level ( Just to test if my hack is working ) but it seems not to ! I have pointers from Cyberrazzer.
I think i do it right. ( I know a lot about c++ ( but less about API >.< )
So, can a coder take only 5mn to tell me what's wrong ? ( PM if you can )
