Here's an old video i used to watch when I started longboarding
now, they're sponsored and are doing great:
the last time i watched them (2 years ago) they weren't even sponsored, just doing it for fun.
Here's my longboard (haven't used in a long time)
forgot the specs on it
here's my skateboard i just updated:
Deck: Western Edition (Brad Johnson) got it for $20 from a friend who has lots of hookups on getting skate parts.
Wheels: STF Bones size 32. The only wheels i've ever had in my past 3 years of on and off skating. cost $37
Trucks: Destructo Mids got them for free from my cousin.
Bearings: Speed Demon 7's got for like $12 from my nearest skate shop, haven't changed them in almost a year because i started skating again.
for longbaording, i suggest you start off by breaking the fear to go down hills.
once you get that down (after a few weeks), get some carving gloves, or make your own ( way better )
Cutting board, glue gun, or melt it onto Gardening Gloves with the use of a stove.
I don't know all that many boards but I know long boarding is a ot of fun my friends back where I used to live did it all the time they enjoyed it but; I never got around to it I just stuck with BMX
i used to skate but then i stopped /sadface
I just started skating again
I'm going to skate tomorrow for halloween with my friends.
