Mw2 wont load as fast since update?

Is this happening to everyone? Since the update I can not join a different server, AlterIWnet server, tunngle ppl servers. It takes like 10 minutes to even show the console. What is causing this?

I have NOTHING running How the fuck is it slow? 3GB of memory? Dude its fucking slow, And if it does take a long time I get System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A Connection attempt failed

I installed / reinstalled like at least 4 times since Thursday....

It always took me time to join a game ...
but yea I think it got worst after the hacker's attack ...

Move stimulus? The maps or...? I think im going to try and re-download the patch..maybe something wrong with iw_22.iwd that they gave us to replace. SP don't work either.
