Top one is better only because you can see it better. The bottom one just looks like you took a photo and smudged all over it, making it hard to see it properly.

thats pretty gud for a second sig. The text is very poor, and I think you should have changed the hue/saturation/lightness of the top render, this should help to blend it to the rest of the sig.
