Thats not how things work, we don't force positions into people, cept maybe josh lol, we ask, or they constantly drop hints they want said position, it is done to prevent rage quitters and actually put people in place who want and are capable of doing the job. Derail, despite him being the best choice for moderator in our eyes, decided that he was not up to/capable of handling the position at present time, thusly refusing to accept it and instead recommended Coke for said position.

For sake of argument, in this made up world where positions and responsibilities are thrust into someone, more than likely, he would resign shortly after given the position, or due to personal life turn out to be the inappropriate person. Thus leaving us with a real shit pile down the road.

nah, I think if you did thrust it on him he'd be ok w/ it.
