toggleconsole/svcheats

There must be a way to enable this, possibly by calling the function through client.dll(if you look inside client.dll you can see toggleconsole and all the sv_cheats, etc)

I would go about doing this but I don't have the proper knowledge, so if anyone does want to give some input?

u need to unpack the exe first....i dont think u can do it trough memory editing.
