yes it is if u consider how old the game really is, and i still know alot of people who think cod 4 is better than mw2, i would share this opinion if it wasnt for the "shit" graphics cod 4 has.

believe it or not cod 4 is still populair and i think mw2 will still be populair after black ops comes out, i for one will keep checkin the boards anyway

There are a lot of people playing it.. that keeps a game alive.. not it's age.

Look @ Dota.. 7-8 years old.. has at least 5 milion players(active).

Thats what im saying the game is just good quality gameplay
only reason i dont play it is cause of the graphics

Oh I know CoD4 is still popular. However CoD4 is technically a far superior game - replayability wise at least. I know MW2 has all its new wonderful bells and whistles, but all in all, CoD4 is better. Has a better community too. (Nothing against the peeps here, I mean the CoD4 community in general)

On the other hand, MW2 is on P2P connection, is ravaged by hackers and etc, and is in general worse than CoD4.

When BlackOps is released, there will still be a MW2 community going, but it will be fairly dead.

(This however is an exception to AlterIWNet I would say. All the work they've done has certainly made the game much better, so I'd say their community will stay. IWNet however, I don't think so)

i think that mw2 is better than BO´s.
BO need to be good optimized

I think it will get REALLY less active.
And COD 4 was a bigger succes than MW2 so I don't think many people will stay at it as they did at COD 4. /
