Start out simple, PLEASE. Stop making threads in this section asking for code, because that way you don't learn anything.

Don't expect to make such a complicated program just by C&P. Cheat Engine orignates before 2001 and still isn't perfected yet. It's written in Pascal and Delphi you know?

You have just released a program that only does +/- 10 to an integer and now you want to make a basic cheatengine?

Seriously? You can make hacks but you don't know how to scan memory?
Use Module32First & Module32Next to iterate through every module and get the base address of the module & the size.
Once you've done that use ReadProcessMemory, don't try and scan the whole process at once ( too long ) and don't use ReadProcessMemory on every address like a fucking idiot.
After each call to ReadProcessMemory you should now have a buffer holding the module's bytes, now just look through it. \:
