Wat is a bone shot hack and what does it?

Ability to shoot any bone of the body. Ex. Auto Headshot! Which means you will always have headshot. Another unique function of Boneshot hack is that you can have always Chest (more specifically the spine) shot. This gives you 1 shot kill with psg and nobody can tell that you hack! Many high levels do it.

It makes you hit a certain 'bone' (body part more right) like 'head' 'neck' 'spine' 'hand', useful mainly for headshots (or spineshots with PSG as they make 1 shot kills)
