i found out that if u go online with your flashed xbox u wont get banned
but there are some suspisons that MS i waiting for alot of flashed xboxs to go on then thel ban them all

They are just logging all xbox'es now. and the the mass ban comes...

im going to wait 1 week to a month till the ban then im going to go on xbl with my flashed xbox

Yeah, MS has been known to wait for a popular game release and start their bans in waves, so if you still doubt it, then I'd wait for Black Ops to be released. If there's no bans, then try connecting.
