(SOLVED)Hey, noob looking to do.... stuff

ooooooooookay, hi im new, you'll all come to hate me but I have these kill marks made by (i dunno your name, forgot to favorite the post) but the problem im having is that i just got the soldier badge in crossfire, but when i get a regular kill the kill mark i go tfrom here is off center, is there any way to change the coordinates, and if so can someone give them to me, thanx.... ps whoever made them did an epic job, ill find which one it is later......
