not responding probrem

Whenever I try to open mw2 through liberation (version 1.04 i think thats the latest one) it just says it isnt working and crashes... how do i fix that? no im not banned yet

Make sure you run both Steam and MW2 Liberation as admin. Also make sure you have .NET Framework 2.0+ installed as well as Visual C++ 2005 installed.

Ran both as admin, just reinstalled 4.0 today and I do have visual 2005 installed still wont respond
