i download microsoft visual c++ 2010 but
i cant open dll files why pls help

hmmm visual c++ 2010 doesnt open any dll i think you should use PE explorer and you can download it here Download PE Explorer 1.99 R6 DLL Viewer, EXE Resource Editor, Borland Delphi EXE Decompiler and Editor.

Here is what you need to do if you want to open a .dll file

1. Learn Binary code
2. Talk using only Binary code everyday
3. Code an IDE that understand the binary code.
4. Become nolife
5. Repeat steps 1 to 3.
6. Open a .dll file.

I should take you 30 years.
