glitch on blacklung?

my friend tells me:
If person A crouched on top of a generator and Person B jumps on his head and the Person A dies, Person B will be hovering over the generator
(pretty sure everyone knows that)
but the zombies wont be able to hit you?
can anyone help me test this out?

Also you only float because they suicided or got killed. When they respawn you may fall down. You respawn*
